With clients in Europe, North America and Asia, we have extensive experience in organising and delivering the product in the same condition as it leaves our factory. Working with our international distributors, every order is checked to ensure the product is safe and secure within the robust packaging before it is shipped off.
When filling out the details on your order, you will be able to find more information on the delivery charges and we have set charges available for countries across the European Union. If you do not see your country listed then there is no need to fear, as the charge will need to be tailored depending on your order. All you need to do is get in touch by either calling us on +44 17 3323 2000 or by simply sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will put you through to one of our advisors who will be able to take your order from there.
In terms of time scale to deliver your order, each case will be unique as it is dependent on your location as well as the size and weight of the package. Please take into consideration the time it takes to manufacture the products as well as the delivery time before committing to your order should you need it in a hurry. When you get in touch with our advisors, they will be able to provide more detailed advice in the expected delivery time.
Often, most distributors do have an express service available if you require the order in a rush. Additional charges will apply. All delivery charges will be added at the end of your order and this can be settled by following any of the payment options available.
Once everything is arranged and payment is received, we will begin manufacturing the product. At the end of this process, we will send confirmation details of the order and details will be sent through to you as to how you can track your order (subject to individual distributor). From there, you can monitor the order through the distributor to see when it will arrive.
