Pop up Display Systems
Pop-up display stands are ideal for a portable exhibition or event and are easy to put up and take down; each Pop-Up display stand will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Each pop-up display comes complete with spotlights, a wheeled case (the hardware, graphics and the spotlights will fit neatly inside) and also a printed graphic wrap which fits around the outside of the case to form a counter on the portable display stand.
When choosing your pop-up display system the first thing to work out is the size of display you are requiring for your exhibition or event, footprint sizes are available on each of the product specifications. To increase your size of display stand and to give yourself the maximum flexibility why not try adding your pop-up display together by linking the stands using the end curve to attach one system to the next, so instead of wrapping the graphic panel around the back of the stand you simply attach it to the next system.
Go-displays digitally print in house to an extremely high standard using pigment-based ink. This type of ink provides a water resistant and light fastness surface that with over lamination provides a scratch resistant surface.
Pop-up Displays are printed on 310 micron stoplight film and are laminated both sides with a 125 micron laminate, which gives the Pop-up graphic panel good tear, crease and scratch resistant features and improves the life span of the product.
The overall thickness is 550 microns.
If you are designing your artwork for Pop-up displays please ensure that all guides are invisible. Also please be aware that if you are ordering replacement graphics for a Pop-up we cannot guarantee an exact match if a complete Pop-up is not ordered.
Colour Proofing
We offer a proofing service which will enable you to check colour or sections of your design if you have concerns about colour reproduction or pixilation. Colour proofs are charged at £15.00 each and are sent by ‘next day’ delivery for your approval. Delivery is included in the cost.
How to Care for Your Graphics
When cared for correctly your graphics have the potential to give excellent service for a considerable time. However, they are also vulnerable and it is up to you the user, to use care when storing, handling and displaying your graphics. Here are some simple tips to help prolong the working life of your graphics.
1. Never fold or bend your graphics as this prevents creasing
2. You should roll your graphics loosely for storage and transport
3. Use the proper wrap or case to transport your graphics
4. Do not expose your graphics to moisture or intense direct sunlight
5. Do not expose your graphics to heat
6. Store in a dry temperate environment
7. Store at room temperature 48 hours before use to avoid curling
8. Ensure all users are aware of these basic rules
How to supply artwork to go-displays
For best results artwork to be sent over in either a high resolution PDF or eps format (please ensure that all fonts and images are encapsulated correctly when creating an eps document), this will produce crisper edges on text, shapes and images, and will prevent the print having pixelated edges.
When sending your file over as a PDF then please ensure that it is a high resolution document. If you are using Adobe InDesign to design your artwork then please send through an eps or high resolution PDF. The artwork needs to be sized at 25% of the finished graphic area (see product description) at a minimum of 300dpi without compression. All images should be originated or scanned at this size and not enlarged thereafter. Please be aware that images downloaded from the internet are likely to be pixelated when printed. Essential - No bleed or crop marks are required when designing your artwork. Pantone/Special colours, Photographs or Scans should be converted to CMYK with process separation and thoroughly checked before submission, as mistakes cannot be rectified after print.
How to send your artwork

PDF – when sending your file please ensure that it is a high resolution document.
Adobe InDesign – If you are designing your artwork in Adobe Indesign, please send through your file as an eps or high resolution PDF.
EPS files – Please ensure your files have all the fonts and images encapsulated correctly when saving. This is most important when using Mac’s or unusual fonts.
CMYK Printing of Solid Black
Solid black is always an awkward colour to print, it is especially hard to produce consistency of tone, colour and depth, in order to achieve this please save files using the following:-
Solid Black CMYK Break down - 100 C , 100 K , 100 Y , 100 M
Artwork can be sent via CD/DVD, uploaded to our ftp server or Email.
Email – Please ensure your files are no larger than 10 MB per Email.
CD/DVD – Please note that we do not return any discs so please be sure to retain your own copy of your artwork. A printed colour copy of your artwork is preferred with the CD/DVD to ensure layout accuracy when printing.
FTP server – Full instructions
To upload files to the go-displays ftp server
1. ftp.go-displays.co.uk (if an error message comes up click ok)
There should be a blank window
2. Right click – logon
Username = Graphics
Password= Graphics
Select logon
3. Go to Windows Explorer (usually found under accessories) or My Documents and open as a separate window. Find the location of the folder/files you wish to upload. (*nb this may not always work form a CD/DVD)
Select the file and right click to copy or drag onto the appropriate folder within the ftp server.
4. Wait for all the files to upload and than send an email to confirm the name and location of the files to either sales@go-displays.co.uk or your go-displays sales representative.
The Replacement Pop up Panels are dispatched within 6 Working Days from receipt of artwork and full payment.

Delivery Dates:
Go-displays Display Products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible. In the situation when an order has been placed and the quoted lead-time cannot be met an email will be sent advising the new delivery date.
Should the new quoted delivery time not be acceptable the customer has the option to either choose another product or cancel the product from the order and receive a full refund.
Damaged goods:
All goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing to Go-displays within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing of the carrier’s delivery note “unchecked” does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition.
