Roller Banner Stands
Roller banners are a very simple promotional displaying tool, they come with an aluminium roller banner stands hardware that the flexible pull up printed roller banners retracts into when not in use making the roller banner stands ideal for transportation.

All Roller Banner Stands offered by go-displays are supplied with a padded carry bag with an over the shoulder strap to provide the ultimate portable display solution. Roller Banners are typically lightweight with the average roller banner stand weighing around 7kgs.

Go-displays digitally print in house to an extremely high standard using pigment-based ink. This type of ink provides a water resistant and light fastness surface that with over lamination provides a scratch resistant surface.

Banner stands are printed on 240 micron stoplight film (stoplight film is designed to prevent shadows coming through your display stand) and are laminated with a 125 micron laminate, which gives the Banner good tear, crease and scratch resistant features and improves the life span of the product.
The overall thickness is 365 microns.

Colour Proofing
We offer a proofing service which will enable you to check colour or sections of your design if you have concerns about colour reproduction or pixilation. There are several options for proofing available we can email you a PDF proof for £5.00. Post a printed proof of the overall layout for £15.00 or post a full size selected sample approx size 300x300mm for £20.00 proofs are sent by ‘next day’ delivery for your approval. Delivery is included within the cost.

How to Care for Your Graphics
When cared for correctly your graphics have the potential to give excellent service for a considerable time. However, they are also vulnerable and it is up to you the user, to use care when storing, handling and displaying your graphics. Here are some simple tips to help prolong the working life of your graphics.

1. Never fold or bend your graphics as this prevents creasing
2. You should roll your graphics loosely for storage and transport
3. Use the proper wrap or case to transport your graphics
4. Do not expose your graphics to moisture or intense direct sunlight
5. Do not expose your graphics to heat
6. Store in a dry temperate environment
7. Store at room temperature 48 hours before use to avoid curling
8. Ensure all users are aware of these basic rules

How to supply artwork to go-displays
For best results artwork should be sent over in either a high resolution PDF or as an eps. (When supplying an eps please ensure that all the fonts and images are encapsulated correctly when saving the eps document), an eps will produce crisper edges on text, shapes and images and prevent the print pixelating.

The artwork needs to be sized at 25% of the finished graphic area (see product description) at a minimum of 300dpi without compression. All images should be originated or scanned at this size and not enlarged thereafter. Please be aware that images downloaded from the internet are not of a high enough resolutions and will probably pixelate when printed.

Essential - No bleed or crop marks are required when design your artwork. These will be added by our software when we RIP your artwork before sending to print.

Pantone/special colours, photographs or scans should be converted to CMYK with process separation and thoroughly checked before submission, as mistakes cannot be rectified after print.

PDF – when sending your file please ensure that it is a high resolution document.

Adobe InDesign – If you are designing your artwork in Adobe Indesign, please send through your file as an eps or high resolution PDF.

EPS files – Please ensure your files have all the fonts and images encapsulated correctly when saving. This is most important when using Mac’s or unusual fonts.

CMYK Printing of Solid Black
Solid black is always an awkward colour to print, it is especially hard to produce consistency of tone, colour and depth, in order to achieve this please save files using the following:-

How to send your artwork
Artwork can be sent via CD/DVD, uploaded to our ftp server or Email.
Email – Please ensure your files are no larger than 10 MB per Email.
CD/DVD – Please note that we do not return any discs so please be sure to retain your own copy of your artwork.
A printed colour copy of your artwork is preferred with the CD/DVD to ensure layout accuracy when printing.

FTP server – Full instructions
To upload files to the go-displays ftp server;

1. ftp.go-displays.co.uk (if an error message comes up click ok)
There should be a blank window

2. Right click – logon
Username = graphics
Password= graphics
Select logon

3. Go to Windows Explorer (usually found under accessories) or My Documents and open as a separate window. Find the location of the folder/files you wish to upload. (*nb this may not always work form a
CD/DVD)

Select the file and right click to copy or drag onto the appropriate folder within the ftp server.

4. Wait for all the files to upload and then send an email to confirm the name and location of the files to either sales@go-displays.co.uk or your go-displays sales representative. Graphic Design Service
If you are unable to create your own artwork we offer an in-house design service which is hassle free and cost effective. We will design your artwork to your brief and will ensure your deadlines are met. The design service is based on a ‘layout’ only basis and does not include logo design, re-imaging, image manipulation or re-branding. These services are available upon request.

The Stock Clearance Roller Banner is dispatched within 48 Hours from receipt of artwork and full payment. Should you require your roller banner display stand by an exact date please contact our customer service team on 01733 232000 for more information.

The Stock Clearance Rollerbanner Delivery charge to Mainland UK (excl. channel islands etc) is £10.00 for the 1st banner then £2.50 per Stock Clearance banner thereafter.

Delivery Dates:
Go-displays Display Products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible. In the situation when an order has been placed and the quoted lead-time cannot be met an email will be sent advising the new delivery date.

Should the new quoted delivery time not be acceptable the customer has the option to either choose another product or cancel the product from the order and receive a full refund.

Damaged goods:
All goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt, any damage to packaging or product MUST BE signed for as "Damaged". Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing to Go-displays within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing of the carrier’s delivery note as “unchecked” does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition.
