Go-displays offer a fully comprehensive in-house graphic design service. The Go-display 'Design Team' is experienced, competent and can help guide you through each aspect of your design making the process easy and hassle free.
The design service will start with a brief from you the customer. This brief will enable our team to fully understand your message which will then enable them to express that message as a finished piece of artwork.
Ideas will be formulated, discussed and agreed with you. This can be done either by phone, or Email, but always to your convenience. Usually the next step will be that the customer supply's logos, images and copy for the artwork. A full and detailed list of specifications is available under the Artwork Specification Tab.
In some cases we understand that this is not possible for the customer to supply any of these elements. Don't worry! Our 'Design Team' can create, source and assemble all of the above at a small additional cost.
The 'Design Team' will work on one agreed design or style of design, streamlining our service making it more efficient and cost effective. The 'Design Team' are able to work with a range of design based software each capable of different tasks and procedures. The include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Once the artwork has been created the 'Design Team' will Email a low resolution 'PDF' colour proof for you perusal.
The artwork is now at the 'proofing' stage, this allows you the customer to make corrections, alterations and 'tweaks' to your artwork before we print your banner or pop-up. As part of the service charge we allow a maximum of three artwork proofs. We believe that this sufficient for all artwork to be completed to your full satisfaction. Any additional proofs will be charged at £15.00 per proof.
Once you have passed you artwork for print the 'Design Team' will send your artwork over to the print department who will then check each element thoroughly before printing. The printing, assembly and dispatch of your product will usually take 48 hours. There is a 24 hour service offered for customers who need there products more quickly. There is an additional charge of £20.00 for this express service and these times refer only to printing and dispatch, not the design.
